Unlike traditional wedding planning platforms that require forced account registrations, passwords, and server synchronization, Manage.Wedding operates without mandatory user profiles:
- No Guest List Harvesting: Names, dietary requirements, phone numbers, and addresses entered into our Guest List Manager, RSVP Tracker, or Seating Chart remain on your device.
- No Speech or Vow Logging: Speeches and vows pasted into the Wedding Speech Calculator are analyzed strictly by your browser's local JavaScript. No audio, text, or drafts are recorded.
- No Financial Account Data: Financial figures entered into our Wedding Loan, Budget, or Vendor Tipping calculators are ephemeral calculations performed on your device.
2. Information Stored in Your Browser (Local Storage)
To provide a seamless experience where you can close your browser tab and return without losing your progress, our applications utilize HTML5 LocalStorage:
- Your custom checklist items and completion states.
- Saved seating tables and guest allocations.
- Active budget line items and expense entries.
You have full control over this data. Clearing your browser cache or site data completely removes all stored entries from your machine.
3. Standard Analytics & Server Logs
When you access Manage.Wedding, our web hosting servers automatically record non-identifying technical information strictly for website reliability, security, and performance optimization:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address (anonymized/truncated).
- Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Pages visited, time spent per tool, and referring URLs.
4. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosure
