Manage.Wedding grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our web applications strictly for personal, non-commercial wedding planning, event coordination, and educational purposes.
Wedding planners, event coordinators, and hospitality professionals may use our calculators to generate estimates and export Word/PDF documents for individual client consultations, provided our branding remains intact on exported templates.
2. Calculator Estimates & Planning Disclaimers
All calculations, budget estimates, beverage calculations, timeline templates, tipping recommendations, and loan projections provided on Manage.Wedding are intended as general planning benchmarks and educational guides only:
- Alcohol & Catering Calculations: Beverage consumption depends on guest demographics, venue policies, and local liquor laws. Event hosts must verify final bar orders with licensed bartending professionals and venue managers.
- Budget & Loan Figures: Interest rates, payment schedules, and vendor cost benchmarks fluctuate based on geography, credit profiles, and inflation. We do not provide formal banking or legal financial advice.
- Dress Sizing & Rings: Sizing converters provide standardized approximations. Because bridal designers use proprietary size charts and fabrics stretch differently, professional alteration fittings are always required.
3. User Content & Document Export Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all content, guest lists, speeches, seating plans, custom vows, and financial figures that you input into Manage.Wedding.
Any exported Word (.doc), PDF, or CSV documents generated through our platform belong entirely to you, and you may freely print, share, or edit them for your celebration.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, custom hand-drawn graphical styling, interactive algorithms, code, and editorial content on Manage.Wedding are the proprietary intellectual property of Manage.Wedding and protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or reproduce substantial portions of our site logic without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
MANAGE.WEDDING IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGE.WEDDING, ITS CREATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE TOOLS, EVENT PLANNING DECISIONS, OR VENDOR DISPUTES.
